I installed we71b1 this afternoon, and at the same session, I
installed ie8. I used to press alt-v and then c to put the source
code in notepad for editing. Now the alt-v c brings up a numbered
listing of the html code but when you try to type over parts of it,
or insert a letter or a space, you're told that that mission is
impossible. So, how is one supposed to edit html pages short of
changing their extentions to txt and them, after changes are saved,
rename the file extention back from txt to htm or html?> At 01:33 AM

I installed some updates last evening and ever since MSIE 8 doesn't
act helpfully. MSAA will not turn on/off. There's an item at the
top of every page which says something about live search and
alt-enter to search, etc. Anyone else having such problems? Any suggestions?
Thanks.
