Hi, all! Sorry for this post but I need help from a blind person out here, smile. Please e-mail me privately for this situation.
I can't seem to get executables to download to the folder where I want them to go. Here's what happens and here's an explanation of everything. Again, e-mail me off list, please. Ok, let's say I want to download and install the executable for the Window-eyes beta one or the final release. I go to the site, find the executable and press enter. I find save and press enter. I hear save as and tried tabbing to the browse folders button and pressed enter. The executable downloaded anyway and ended up in the downloads folder under c:users/michaelmassey. I pressed start, tabbed to Michael Massey and pressed enter. I found downloads from within that folder and pressed enter. The executable for Window-eyes was there. I cut and pasted the executable into my folder on my desktop called my downloads which is where I want it. Rather than all of those keystrokes, how can I get specific executables to download into my folder called my downloads? Then all I do is press m from the desktop, find the folder, open it and find the specific executable from within the folder and run it. Somehow things were changed. Sorry for such a post but I want things as they used to be. Thank you.
