Hi, Just now the same thing happened again which I reported yesterday. This time started up narrator, tried going to desk top using application d, but narrator just said "start." Couldn't get out of that. Tried control-alt-delete but no good. Had to do a restart. I do not wish to go to I. E. 8 right now as too many people are having problems with it.
