This does not sound like a window-eyes issue.
Use browse mode to move to the link in question.
now press the context menu key.  This is the applications key.  Found
immediately to the left of your right control key. 
Now select the open menu option and press enter.  This should open your
link.

Hey guys,
I am trying to setup some stuff with gmail.
There is a configuration instructins link on their home page that I am
trying to set up and it will not click on it.
I press enter on the link, and windows doesn't make the click sound.
Any ideas?
