I recently had a similar problem. It disappeared when I changed my
antispyware program, and the new antispyware recognized a good chunk of
cookies etc on my pc. After removing all this stuff, I am fine with my OE.
If you don't have it installed, get yurself an antispyware, like spybot or
superantispyware.

A couple of possibilities, you could have temporarily lost you internet
service, or your email provider could
have had a serve issue.

Subject: Outlook 2003 question
Hi everyone. For those who use outlook 2003 why would it prompt me for my
password after being on line for awhile? The other strange thing that
happened this morning is that it stopped downloading email and in order for
things to work again I had to restart my computer. I like outlook better
because you can do more with it but didn't have these kinds of issues with
outlook express. Any ideas on how these things can be fixed.
