Chip,

Not really being very technologically minded, I may sound more like I know what
I'm talking about than I really do. All I can tell you is that in looking at
the factory installed WE set files, the latest Quicken 2006 says it works with
9X, 2K and XP. When I tried to install the Quicken 2009 Starter Program, I
could use neither the keyboard nor mouse commands to get anywhere. Am I missing
something obvious?

Nancy

  Nancy,

I'm curious: what makes you say that a configuration file, for an
application, isn't compatible with Vista? how would they be related?

  thanks.

  Chip

    Hi All,

I'd planned to upgrade my Quicken to the 2009 version on my Vista computer.
However, the latest WE set file which is 2006 isn't compatible with Vista. Is
there a work around for this? If not, is there another basic banking program
that I can access with Window-Eyes 7.01?

    Thanks in advance,
    Nancy
