the only reason people are going back is because i e 7 and 8 crash after
they are closed. other than this i have had no problems
which has no effect on my browseing with firefox or i e 8 so i am keeping it
for now. version 9 has some security patches in them that version 8 does not
have that allows a pdf file opened from the web to install viruses when they
are opened.

I would get rid of the two programs that you mentioned since you are't
doing anything with photos. Secondly, I am using adobe reader 9 with no
