Which context menu are you seeing this with?

when i open the context menu it does not say anything. the menu
items speak when i arrow down the list but the title is not being
spoken so i do not know if the context menu is opened or not.
i turned everything on in the verbocity menu in the activated
menu. screen voice is on and window 0 is set to speak. none of this
helped. grin.
