Hi, all. I posted a message regarding this subject and received several
responses letting me know to stay away from scams that require people to pay
money upfront, to deposit a check they receive into a bank account to claim
a portion of the prize money or to not respond to phishing scams. Ok,
that's all well and good, smile.

Under no circumstances did I receive a phishing e-mail, postal solicitation
or a check. I heard an advertisement on television here in the U.S. from
Publisher's Clearing House which I consider to be a legitimate and reputable
company and a legitimate sweep stakes. Had I not encountered what I
considered to be difficulties navigating the site in question (incidentally
the site is www.pchwow.com) I would not have posted this subject to the
list. I would have entered the sweep stakes and nobody would have been the
wiser.

I can't seem to get the assistance I need. Please check the above-mentioned
site. Go over the official rules and the sweep stakes faqs. Again, I do
not feel that Publisher's Clearing House is going to scam us. I asked for
help and apparently nobody can provide it. Maybe sighted assistance is
required regarding this site. Thanks again.

Mike M.
