Good evening all:
I'm having a bit of a problem here with nod32. What is happening is is that
I'd like to de-install it. As much as I'd like to use it at this time, I
can't afford the 59 dollar purchase of the smart security suite. So
unfortunately I will need to go back to the antivirus and antispyware that I
did purchase. Here's my problem. When I go to deinstall the program, the
program says that it's not installed so it cannot deinstall. I know it's
running so what's the problem here? Second, when I go to reinstall nod32 I
get a restriction error. I'm Desparit for assistance, so if someone can get
with me, I'd very much appreciate it. Also in cleaning the shark from my
computer, I've run into a snag where the talking installer also will not
deinstall. the following occurs wne I try. This patch package cannot be
opened. I'd post this to another list, but I'm at the end of my rope. Can
someone assist me? I don't want to reformat this machine, but if I must to
clense it, my fiance and I will. But, we want that to be our last resort.
Thanks for any help you can give and please understand that if I new of
anywhere else to post this issue, I'd post it jthere.
Thank you
Chris
