Vic, I've seen what you're describing. I'm quite sure it's not related to the exchange server, but, that's not much help I know.
html email is governed by the browse mode portion of window eyes. one thing you can double check on your home pc, is to open verbosity, select browse mode, select the miscelaneous group, and make sure the autoload checkbox is checked. Yes, it still happens to me sometimes, but this is at least one possible cause that's under your control. hth, Chip -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Monday, June 29, 2009 9:38 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Window-Eyes and Outlook 2003 HTML Messages Good day everyone: many of us have reported a problem where Window-Eyes on occasion does not load browse mode when opening up an HTML message in Outlook 2003. I am using Outlook 2003 both at work and at home. I only experience this problem at home, never at work. The difference between the two locations are: at work Outlook 2003 is the client for my Exchange account. At home Outlook is accessing a PST on my hard drive. I don't understand why Window-Eyes behaves differently considering both computers are running Windows XP Pro and Office 2003 Professional. Could the fact that one client is connecting to an Exchange server and the other is opening a PST be the cause? I leave it to the experts to decide.
