It depends on what we have at hand. Doug and I are often the first two to try to duplicate problems. I have two machines, and Doug has three. We try various versions of Window-Eyes, from released builds to private builds. If we can't duplicate the problems, we'll ask Mike and Raul if they can. They both have different machines running different operating systems. If none of us are able to duplicate the problems, we'll see if we have one of our training netbooks available, and try that machine. If we still can't duplicate the problem, you are told as much. I think that is an appropriate use of our resources to try to duplicate issues that are reported.

It has also been mentioned lately that they have 30 private beta
testers.

Actually, I said we had 30 private betas during the last private beta cycle. The number of beta testers we have is irrelevant. If we think they can provide valuable feedback for a particular issue, we most certainly ask them. As you mentioned, several of them are already members of this and other lists, so they've often already attempted to duplicate reported issues before we even have to ask.

So I hope that GW is using all resources to solve such problems and if
not why not.

I also think you should know by now that we don't just reply that we can't duplicate something to shut everyone up. What reason do we have to lie? If we can't duplicate it, we can't duplicate it. If you think we enjoy being told over and over about a problem, and that we like to let problems linger just to hear people complain, you couldn't be more wrong. In fact, knowing there are problems, and not being able to solve them, is one of the more stressful and taxing parts of this job.
