I should know the answer to this, but I cannot recall it as I haven't needed to do this in perhaps years. When modifying settings such as rate, pitch, volume, and tone, how do I make these permanent rather than temporary? Also, can each synthesizer -- TripleTalk, Sapi, ViaVoice, etc have its own settings?
