Eudora 7.1.0.9 is sluggish when arrowing down the IN mail box using
the down (or up) arrow keys as compared with WE 6.1.
By sluggish I mean that there is a 3 second (or greater) delay in the
announcement of mail headers when scrolling down or up. Under WE 6.1
the message announcement was instantaneous.
