Sorry, can't directly answer your question about making McAfee usable with
the WE mouse keys but can only say that I uninstalled McAfee from my Aspire
One netbook because of the considerable drain on resources it placed.  I've
installed Avast! instead which isn't too bad with WE.  Another package I'd
be quite happy to install from the WE usability point of view as well as
overall performance is Eset Smart Security.
