Well just switched to the sapi synthesizer that have installed from WE6.1 and things are working normally now with WE7.1.
So go figure as don't have a clue why WE7.1 now working like normal. I did noticed when switched to the sapi synthesizer WE7.1 crashed and had to reboot my computer; but, once got rebooted and launched WE7.1 things were working like have always done with previous versions. Also the desktop isn't reading either regardless if use the up and down arrows or wright and left arrow keys or type the letter for an icon on the desktop. I'm running an AMD dual core 4.2 GHz system with an Nvidia 256mb video card set to 1024 by 768. All my programs are 32 bit programs including the Windows xp pro. Also have 4GB ram installed too.
