I will talk to them.

I have had to install the script about 4 times now. 
>From the Window-eyes control panel,
Manage sets and scripts
Script Manager
The table shows me that I have either 18 or 19 active scripts. The
difference is that the Accessaphone script has gone from the no. 1 slot.

On re-install it is back again.

I do not know what I have done to remove it; nothing intentional.

The only thing this script does is speak the rich content that 
accessaphone provides through MSAA in the grid view. That's it. Nothing 
else. So if things aren't reading like you think they should, I think 
you should contact accessaphone, and have them tell you why.

As for needing to re-install the script, can you provide more detail?
