If you are worried about such things you should never do a google search for
anything since they track all your searches and could be used for all sorts
of things. I have gotten more Spam Emails of late telling me that I have
won all kind of money and I am betting any messages I send to GW has nothing
to do with it. A good rule to follow is do nothing on the net that you
wouldn't want others to know.
