Hi, all. A couple of days ago I tried accessing www.thebeatles.com site with mixed results.
I can read a great deal of the text, however, when I tried to play a video called The Making Of Revolver from within ie 8 or Fire Fox, the video would not play. One of my sighted nephews came by yesterday and could make the video play just fine in Ie 8. The play button is located in a place where sight seems to be a requirement, smile. Yesterday when trying to play the video using Fire Fox, Window-eyes 7.1 and Windows Vista Home Premium, Fire Fox crashed three times and closed and put me on the desktop. I was not able to send the crash report Fire Fox generated. If anyone has any pointers as to how to do that, please let me know. Don, I noticed that you mentioned version 3.51. How do you get Fire Fox to notify you of updates other than going to Mozilla.com and checking? How can I get rid of that annoying message telling me that Fire Fox isn't currently my default browser? Thanks. Mike M. P.S. I guess one of my points is this. In my opinion, it does not matter what browser you use. It's a sighted thing apparently. __________ Information from ESET NOD32 Antivirus, version of virus signature database 4253 (20090717) __________ The message was checked by ESET NOD32 Antivirus. http://www.eset.com If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
