Hello Heidi,
I have also had this problem. The simple fix posted at
http://gabriel.lozano-moran.name/blog/PermaLink,guid,f73fc748-58a0-4683-9947-165eac99f329.aspx
should clear the problem right up.
Best regards,
Steve

Hello all
I have a bit of a problem, and am wondering if anyone can help.
I am using a desk top that used to belong to my son. Before I took it over,
a friend of mine helped him with a problem by connecting the computer to a
network and installing McAfee.
I am using window eyes 7.01 and although I am successfully running McAfee on
a
work laptop, when I installed it on this desk top, I kept crashing all the
time even when I wasn't using the computer. Tech support at GW Micro
suggested uninstalling McAfee and then installing Window Eyes from the
start. This cleared up the problem, although I could not completely
uninstall McAfee as I didn't have the network hook up nor the CD's. The guy
that helped me with this is no longer around.
Unfortunately what is happening is that every time I go to load Outlook 07,
I get an error that states the network associates virus scan scane-mail.dll
cannot be loaded and is being disabled by outlook.
So, trying to be resourceful, I did a Google search and apparently this
error message is not unusual for McAfee. There were several free
downloadable programs that state they will uninstall McAfee, but not knowing
these sites, I am hesitant to try this.
Can anyone help or suggest a removal tool that is safe?
Thank you in advance.
Heidi
