Let's see close to the top of the screen if you look with your we
mouse, you'll see page tools default or something like that I do it
all the time, just can't remember the exact text.
If you'l right click on that you get a nice menu that let's you
download or temporarily allow pop-ups and such.
Often pop-up blocker will mess with these downloads, and you can
permanently change setting in there to fix it or even disable pop-up blocker.
