Not necessarily. Scripts that don't use the OnStateChange event to check
for the GW Toolkit will bomb out if the GW Micro site is unreachable.
Using OnStateChange is somewhat more complicated, but the advantages are
well worth it. I am happy to assist any script developer who wants to
make this change but is unsure where to start.
