I would download the GWToolkit script from
www.gwmicro.com/sc and reinstall it. That way you know that your
friend has the latest upgrade of that script.
If your friend still has the problem,
then someone on the list will help you with the next step.

My friend has just reinstalled WE7.1. When WE starts the GW Toolkit
and other scripts fail to run correctly.
