I have also found that if you Right Click on Eset Smart Security in the
System Tray, you will be able to access those functions that you can't get
to if you open it in the Start Menu.

I use Eset Smart Security with no problems.
When in the program, press function key 5 and this will bring up all the
settings in a tree view which you can modify with the keyboard.
