Go to http://www.pescuma.org/miranda/bclist/lang/all/, and download the
latest Unicode version of the plugin. Extract everything in the zip file
to C:\Program Files\Miranda IM\Plugins, assuming Miranda is installed to
the default location.

sight, but it does not say cliss blind.
I did not find a plugins folder under my miranda folder. Any ideas on what
