I am borrowing a Braille printer, (the Blazer) and I have the software trans and I have turned on the printer, (previously pressed the three keys down all at once before turni go it on and then turned it on), then it said reset. The thing is I don't have the Duxberry software but like I previously stated, I have the trans software. Also, I cannot get the line up and down to do anything and I have loaded the paper from back to front and and front to back! Does anyone know anything about the software, and how can I get it to braille? I have WE 6.1 and a XP Home user. Help and suggestions appreciated! Thanks in advance. Smiles, Barbara [email protected]
