I would  pay any amount for the privlage to drive like the sighted world.
A car like this is a blind mans dream come true.

    Well maybe an arm, if you gave up a leg that could mean you wouldn't
have a leg to stand on.
Than you would have to drive with one-hand but if you gave upthe leg instead
you might need to drive using hand controls especially if the break and the
gas pedal were far apart.
That might cost lots more. Course maybe they could control the car using
dragon naturally speaking or something.
