Don, I get the impression the answer to any question of this type depends a lot more on whether it's xp or Vista.
It was my impression that WE had few, if any, problems with specific graphic cards under vista. I happen to have an integrated NVidia card in my laptop running vista; nothing else matches your specs, but fwiw, it's fine with WE.
