Hi Jed:
I did not read an answer to your question, so here goes.
1. Go to the Window-eyes Control panel.
2. Go to the "Hotkeys" pulldown menu.
3. arrow down to "Brows Mode" and press Enter.
4. Arrow down to "browse mode" then tab to "Capture key".
5. Press the spacebar and type the hotkey you want.
6. Answer whatever dialog appears if there is one.
7 Tab to OK and press Enter.
8 Make sure you save your changes.
