As I tried this several times, I have "looked" at the entered numbers
with browse mode on and off. In edit mode (browse mode off) use of
the Home key gets me to the beginning of my entry and, moving to the
right with the dedicated cursor keys I hear what was entered.
I learned today that the account field width is 20 characters from a
3rd person I spoke to at B of A. My mail message to Customer
Support, Technical, was completely useless, as usual. The respondent
simply regurgitated how one adds a new payee, which I already knew as
it was on that page/form my problem arose. Speaking with person #3
today I requested:
1) increasing the field width
2) allowing pasting data into the Account field and it's reenter
field. All other payee fields allow pasting data.

You are turning on browse mode when you read the entry and turning
it off with alt-shift-a when you enter data into each field correct?

1. entering the first part nnnnn-, Alt tabbing to read the next,

back in business. Blow this approach off.
2. Memorize the blasted number. Entry appears truncated but I can
Home and End to see it all.
3. Naturally the bank wants me to type it again to validate. Short
term memory still intact I re-enter it. Scoot back and forth to
see that all is there.
4. Fill in other entries, click the Continue link. An error shows
claiming that the account number entered twice don't match.
5. Go back and reenter as before but can't get past the errors.
Anyone using B of A experienced account number entry hassels like this?
Also tried the online chat session and had no idea where I
was. Links are duplicated, and others have no ALT tag descriptors.

reading); XP Home sp3
