Hello all:
The messages regarding Window-Eyes and the Outlook Express inspired me to write
this.
I use Outlook, not Outlook Express.
I hit F-7, and the computer finds the first mispelled word. Window-Eyes reads
the misspelled word and then spells it. It next reads the first suggestion and
spells it.
That is wonderful. It would be better if one could also press a hotkey to read
the misspelled sentence with the word in context, e.g., read the sentence.
In Word 2003, however, the spell checker does not read and spell the misspelled
word. In stead it reads the sentence where the sentence where the word is
found. You cannot tell which word is spelled incorrectly. I would love for
the Word spell-checker to work the same way in Word that it works in Outlook.
