Having just made the switch from a old xp system to a Vista 64 bit system I
can make one observation. I have random loss of speech problems much more
often with Vista home premium 64 bit. It would seem that they are random
for the most part but switching between applications or closing a
application and returning back to the desktop seems to trigger them more
often.
If I try to restart WE the dialog box pops up indicating that WE is already
running least that is what sighted help tells me since there is no speech.
The WE menu bar can not be opened to close WE.
Is there a way to close WE at this point other than rebooting the computer?
