Hi Ray, I heartily recommend the Samsung N120 if you are going for a NetBook. It has a nice laptop style keyboard, but the battery life is amazing, getting on for eight hours.
I have used Office 2007 on it without issue, and because it is a full XP Home Edition, you will get your WPA encryption.
