Hi all

I have a program on my pc called MICROSOFT WINDOWS XP VIDEO DECODER CHECKUP UTILITY (DECCHECK.EXE) What is this? I am testing with WE and I am experiencing that sometimes WE makes my pc extremely sluggish f.e. in Outlook Express! When f.e. I've uses my pc for a while and change to WE again, then sometimes it is really faster! I cannot find the main reason why sometimes WE lets react my pc so sluggish! Sometimes opening a mail or site lasts almost a minute and some moments later there is no problem. Therefore I was checking this program because I do not recognise it on my previous systems. Should I delete this or is this a component of my video driver?
Greetings
Davy
