Hi List members. I have an update on my brows mode disappearing. I
called AOL Tech support today and they tell me that I can't change the welcome
screen. I'm absolutely sure that what ever is happening to my brows mode is
something running when I sign on. In addition to the portal that comes up
the welcome screen, I have a search that says enter search term and press
the enter key to iniceate search. I don't know if that's what is turning
off brows and keeping it off, but I don't even see the brows mode is
available when I do the command for it. There are applications starting for
no
reason the screen reader doesn't see. They aren't on the task bar, so AOL
says they think I have files or maybe a file that is starting and running in
the background. There are two unidentified things coming up. Neither has
a link and they have nothing written on the page. One is Form, and the
other is done. Tech support says they are not linked to AOL. The question
then is How do I find out which files are running in the background that
shouldn't be? would this require a professional with site? Thanks, Ken.
