Hi, Ctrl-Shift-W will read the entire screen, or you can usually read with the regular cursor keys, since Microsoft Update puts its information into read-only edit boxes. When I go to Windows update from the start menu I can not use the mouse keys to read the Windows update dialog box. If I use the mouse keys the only thing I can read is the title of items on the tool bar such as file, edit, view. Can't read any of the other text that makes up the entire windows update screen.
