If you go down the page a way, it says experience the features of Silverlight or something like that and under that is a link that says install the free plugin. That's Silverlight. If you enter on that link, you can choose run and it'll download and ask if you really want to run it. Choose yes and when that finishes you have Silverlight. I hit get started, and system requirements and instructions, but there isn't a place to download it it tells you to download the thing and the browser will prompt you things but I don't see a download on Get started, or anything.
