In my opinion, the absolute best thing you can do is go to www.braille.com and 
purchase The Accessible iPod by Anna Dresner. This is a must-have for anyone 
using iTunes with any screen reader, and certainly if one has an iPod. There 
are other places to get information such as the Main Menu archives at 
http://mainmenu.acbradio.org under the shows link, but I really think you 
should consider spending the $15 or so for the book.
