Hi GW staff and members, I need to figure this out. I'm running Vista 64 bit on a Dell desktop computer. When I installed WE 7.1 from the disk you guys sent to me I haven't been able to get internet explorer 8 and Fire Fox to work properly. When I try to use Internet Explorer 8 it gets really sluggish and it's not usable. It's so slow We 7.1 will not say anything unless I alt tab around until I get back to that page. It will just tell me what screen is up which is my Google home page. Now for Fire Fox every time I hit enter on a edit box it refreshes off of the edit box so I can't enter anything in the box. It refreshes every time no matter the web site. I played with the alt shift keys and that doesn't help at all. Also if I try to get on the edit box with the browse is on and hit the control + shift + keys to turn browse mode off I end up off the edit box. What I'm saying is I will not be on the edit box when I do that. While browse mode is off and I try to tab to the edit box it will do that refreshing thing again. So do you think I need to reinstall WE 7.1? Any suggestions is helpful.
