Hi Paulette. What you need to do is hold down insert and hit the letter B for bypass. After it says bypass, then press control shift R.

In that group, in order to reply to a message from someone on the list, I press control R. Now the list has moved to Google groups. In Google, you are supposed to press control shift R, to reply to a message. Of course, that doesn't work. I have been given several suggestions for replying to messages from other Window Eyes users, but none of them work. For instance, I have been told to hit control M, then downarrow to reply to all and then hit enter. Also, I have been told to press alt M, then L. Whatever I do, I get that sound that indicates the beginning or end of a field. So I can't write anything. This is quite frustrating. Please help.
