You wrote in your message that you were configuring Outlook as a second e-mail
client in case Outlook Express goes south. What does that mean? How would I
know if that has happened? What problems might occurr?

  Hi everybody,

I just got Office 2007 Professional yesterday and installed it today.

I am configuring Outlook as a second e-mail client in case Outlook Express
goes south.

I turned off the reading pane.

What other settings do I need to set?

Also when Outlook is sending and receiving there is a big long dialog and one
of the options is to not show this dialog box during sending and receiving.

I can't seem to get to that check box, or should I leave It unchecked?

  Thanks,

  Pastor Gilt
