I'm asking this question because all of you are Window-Eyes users although it doesn't have to do with the program per se. I've just purchased AVG InternetSecurity which includes antivirus, antispyware, antitheft, firewall protection, to name a few. It also has a security toolbar. What I'm wondering is if anyone else has this program and has been unable to download music or videos onto real player.Thank you for any assistance. Judy
