I have a Toshiba, and FN-m didn't seem to work. I wonder if I was hitting N

On both of the computers in front of me at the moment, 1 laptop and one
netbook, the insert is FN-M
But neither of these is a Dell (which I think you said you have), so It
could be something different for you.

Hi, all. Is there any shortcut key for the insert key on a netbook
keyboard? With J K L being 1 2 3, I would have thought FN-M or something
like that would make an insert key, but it doesn't seem to. The actual
insert key on my particular keyboard is way over on the right on the top
row
of keys, which makes it kind of tricky to use for combo commands. How do
you netbook WE users do it?
