Hi, I'm having a problem updating adobe flash and shockwave players. when I go to adobe and click on either link to get thes updates and then click the install link the install seems like its going to work but I lose speech and after killing and restarting we 7.1 theres a box over the security certificate that says something like unable to write instruction to some memory location. I'm running ie 8. I uninstalled both and ran ccleaner and am still getting the error. does anyone know whats going on here. thanks
