Hi,

Unfortunately uninstalling it hasn't helped at all. I've tried
everything from uninstalling and reinstalling to a system restore point,
nothing seems to work. Still says that it can't log me in because my
contact list isn't accessible.

Hi Darren,

You can download a program called WLMUninstaller from www.msn-tools.net
that will let you uninstall Windows Live Messenger.  This program is
very accessible and works well with Window-Eyes.  I hope this helps.

something has happened to my windows live messenger. my pc crashed last
night and i can't use msn now. i can use my partners or i can log in on
my phone or netbook but not my main pc. so now am trying to uninstall it
but i can't find out where that is.
