Rusty, the Amazon MP3 player is very straightforward and plays nicely with Window-eyes. The files you buy from the Amazon MP3 store are saved in their own folder and can be accessed by Windows Media Player from that folder; that is, you don't have to open ITunes to play them if you don' want to.

Hi folks,

I tried to purchase an mp3 album at amazon.com this morning and was told I needed to download and install an mp3 downloader, which would put the tunes in itunes or windows media player. I aborted.

I want to buy these files in mp3 format and just play them in winamp or station playlist without having to use itunes. Is this possible, and more importantly, is the downloader usable with window-eyes 7.1? Any info would be appreciated, and since its not likely a major topic of concern here, off list answers would probably be best!

Thanks,
Rusty
