What may happen on some occasion is that someone sends you a message and
they have their colours so that they are set to be light on dark. Then
when you send it out, people get a light on light or white on white font
being used. A text to speech program has no problem with this, however
people reading a message visually struggle with it.

This often happens with Outlook Express. Check your font colours and
make sure you are not set to white text on a dark background. If this is
the case, change it and hopefully your problem will go away.

What is happening is that the new options dialog interface is being
used, and it is not accessible. To fix the issue, either delete
modernopt.dll from your Miranda installation folder (usually C:\Program
Files\Miranda IM\Plugins) or disable said plugin under the plugins tab
of Miranda's options window.
