There are duplicate reasons why someone might get duplicate messages on
list.
1. post to list with a cc to the sender. Since the reply method of the
list, (which we are not changing soon) is set so when you press reply,
the message goes to the sender, what many people choose to do is press
reply-to-all and it causes the message to go to gw-info as well as to
the sender. The better solution would be for the person to simply press
reply and then erase the to field and type the gw-info address. However
many are lazy and so don't do that. Aaron Smith in Technical support is
one of those types *smile*.
2. Human error. Earlier today I posted an answer to a question for which
Aaron Smith also posted. We happened to post the same answer and so it
could have looked like a duplicate message.
