Go to we control panel with control backslash
Alt-f for file menu
Arrow up to startup options and press enter
Check the first two checkboxes
In the list of options choose either of the first two--either run we
always or run for current user and press ok.
That should do it.

Subject: having wineyes speak when windows starting

Hi Gang,

I know I should know where to find it, but I can't find where to set
windoweyes to start speaking when windows starts up. It did before I
installed 7-11 but now it doesn't and I know I've done it before but
can't find out where.
Thanks, I guess I'm out of practice
