Hi, Janet. Just for fun I tried to access the latest features page from the link within the e-mail message. The link still did not work and I received the page that the page could not be displayed.
I went to the update link from the Window-eyes help option from the Window-eyes control panel. After I downloaded the upgrade I installed it. During the installation you can go through the readme file which is what I did. Hope this helps.
